MARY DUBOIS

       Mary DuBois was born 1955 in Woodland California. She started painting at ​age 16 due to encouragement and recognition from winning awards, contests, selling and commissioned art to patrons and galleries in USA. She is mainly self taught with some college in art and photography. Mary has taught art at the Emeritus academy at CNN. Mary teaches/taught classes at off center community arts, galleries and private tutoring in oils, pen and ink, pencil, watercolors, acrylics, silk, fiber art, multi-media and intricate bead work. She recently painted a mural encompassing three walls in private residence. She is a member of rainbow artists.
       Vision statement: my vision is love. I love what I see and do. I see beauty and art everywhere and love the various mediums with which to express. I love my patrons, galleries and students and to challenge myself by trying new things.
