Suzanne was drawing before she was walking or talking. The oldest of five children with parents of modest means she grew up in western Pennsylvania. After getting her teaching degree she ran away from home and ended up in California - backtracking to New Mexico - becoming a wife and mother along the way. This place of red mesas and mountains feels like home in every sense. Scarves, shawls, women's garments and evenings bags as well as two dimensional wall pieces round out the line of fiber art she creates.
