I was born in Marseille, in the South of France, on the Mediterranean Sea. That was a good start to appreciate beauty! I owe to my parents having known museums and ancient monuments, churches and castles, and also the natural beauty of the world around me. I first came to the US in 1968 and moved to New Mexico in 1972.
Through photography, I want to share the way I see and revel in the world. I find beauty in the most mundane objects: in the end of a roll of toilet paper, a footprint, pebbles on a dirt road, sunlight on a wall.
