Carole Devillers

Represented in the book "Women Photographers at National Geographic", Carole Devillers is a freelance photojournalist who has lived in various parts of the world and is now based in Albuquerque. She's had several articles in National Geographic magazine and other national publications.

As a photo correspondent for Reuters News Pictures in Haiti from 1990 to 2000, she photographed the political unrest and street battles in Port-au-Prince. Locally, she freelances for publications such as New Mexico Magazine and the Albuquerque Journal and Tribune, photographs for various clients, exhibits her work in galleries, is an active member of the Digital Fine Art Society of New Mexico (DFAS-NM) and will soon be leading photo tours in New Mexico and France.
