Her paintings often depict a mystical northern New Mexico village that exists only in her imagination. The people in her paintings seem hidden from the outside world, not meaning to be seen. Her flowers, on the other hand, strive to be noticed. You can find Dee's work in Rainbow Artist exhibits and at Weems Gallery where she is the featured artist in Old Town for April. Today she lives in the village of Alameda, just north of Albuquerque. She is a daily painter, addicted to her studio.
